Willow and Family
(moved in: June 27, 28, 2007)

I had 4 babies in a garage and kept them well hidden while I hunted for food. One day Paw noticed us and started bringing me food and talking to me. After a few days I decided to let him pet me. Then one morning, he picked me up, put me in a box and took me for a "new tour". The next day he brought me to a new home and my babies were all there! We had our own room, but it didn't get a lot of light. So we got moved to a bigger room with a door we could see through, and we could talk to the others. After I got to know everyone, I got to be out of our room all day. I stayed in there with the babies at night most of the time, though. I like the humans a lot, but my kids weren't sure about them at first.
Pepper
After Paw took our mom, we all ran around and tried to hide. I wasn't so afraid of him, though. I didn't bite him or anything when he picked me up and put me in a box. My sisters were in another box and after we took a long ride, we were all let out into a room. We spent the night close to each other hiding. The next day Paw brought in 2 more boxes and there was our mom and brother. I was so happy to see my mom! After we moved to a new room we got to see a lot of other cats. Not too long after my mom got to go out and spend time with them, I got to go too. I love playing with everyone else here, but we still stay close to mom a lot.
Ursa
Paw grabbed me first, even though I hissed at him and everything. I was really scared the first night in our new home, but everything was ok when my mom got here. Our room was big with lots of toys and places to hide. We been here almost a year when me and Casandra and Orion decided to check out the rest of the house. Now the door to our room is always open and we hardly ever go back in there. I still like to get my treats in there, though, and that's the only time Mew is allowed to pet me. I talk to her a lot at treat time too.
Casandra
Paw caught me by the tail as I ran through a fence, and Mew wrapped a shirt around me from the other side. Then they put me in a box with my sister. It was so scary, but getting mom back and then a new room was all fun. I like being out of our room now, but stay close to mom most of the time. I never cared much for the humans and still don't want them to bother me.
Orion
They weren't gonna catch me after they took away my mom and sisters. Then it got dark and I was all alone. The next day all the food was in a cage. When I went in to eat, I couldn't get back out! Then Paw took me out and put me in a box. After a short ride, he put another box next to me and my mom was in it! When we got to our new home, my sisters were there. It was great in our room for almost a year, but when Ursa and Casandra wandered out of the room, I had to follow. I like staying close to my mom and sisters, but I like everyone here and have a lot of fun. Mew can pick me up and cuddle me sometimes and sometimes I just want her to leave me alone.
