Tiger and Misty and the (moved in May 11, '02)
Tiger: I was happy in my old home, but I like my new home, too. Lots of cats live indoors here and I like almost everyone. I finally got to go outside in summer, '03 and had a lot of fun exploring. I spend most of my time close to Misty and the kids when I'm indoors.
Misty: I was still nursing the kittens when we moved here and I have not been outside yet. It doesn't really matter, this place is kinda fun. I hang out mostly with my kids, but I get along pretty well with everyone.
BJ: I do somersaults and squeak when I talk. Love to play with toys and the new kids, and having my tummy rubbed.
BJ and Freya were born April 23, 2002. They have never been outside (except to travel here, in a box with their mom), and have no idea what outside is. They had 3 other sisters. Two went to the rainbow bridge shortly after birth, GrayCloud was with us for just over one year.
Freya: I like to play with other cats and toys, but don't care for people or being petted. I spend most of my time with my mom, but also love to cuddle up with my dad.
Tiger and Misty's Story by Denise Tiger: A friend of Savannah's was giving away kittens after school... I was late getting the kids from school and when I picked up Savannah, she had a kitty... Unfortunately it was Friday, so we couldn't bring him back to school and give him back to the friend til Monday. Of course, over the weekend Savannah fell in love with the kitten, so we kept him. A week later, on Halloween night, someone 'took' him. Savannah was devastated. I told her if he wasn't returned within one week, we would get a new kitten. Exactly 6 days later, someone returned him to us... Misty: A few months later, I was driving BACK from dropping off Anee's friend and I almost ran over a kitten in the road. I stopped the van, got out, and went to pick up the kitten. It was dark so I couldn't see where the other few kittens ran to. I knocked on a few doors and no one said that she was their cat so I took her home.... and she became a part of our lives. Just about one year later, Misty gave birth to 5 kittens. The first one was hard and I had to help her give birth. She had the second and third pretty fast then the fourth one was about an hour later. The final kitten was a short time after that. Both mom and kits were tired :) A few days later, the first kitten died, then a day after another one died. Three weeks later, the "Cat Queen" came and took them all to a new home :) Denise
